It’s hard to keep up with updates and interesting happenings in game and around the forums. But fret not, the community liaisons are here to help.

We will recap on a regular basis to make sure you don’t miss any important information.
Additionally we will pick a few examples of the many interesting reads around the forums. (If you think a specific thread or event is worth mentioning contact any of the liaisons. Keep in mind though that we are looking at suggestions directly on the forums, there is no need to send links about them to make a stronger point.)

.:: Official News ::.

• Ping issues with certain ISPs/routing combinations have been troubling players. Give this write-up, from the 7th of July, a read, specially if your problem still persists. An additional post has been made recently to collect data and to ensure the problem can be escalated from our side to the parties responsible.
• On the 7th of July we introduced the concept of the fun hulks as well as the use flag and gave a bit of insight on how they work and what those new features could be used for.
• On the 14th of July we shared some screenshots with the community to show some of the many improvements which are coming with the new terrain and texture system.
• The Darkfall Lobby saw several updates recently. Please make sure you download the latest version.
• The deadline for the next expansion has been pushed back. Read the official post from the 17th of July here.

• MMOhut reviewed Darkfall’s free trial, while the reviewer also created a littlevideo of his first impression of the game, during the process.

• Ajz hosted a Treasure Hunt on EU1 which seemed to have gathered quite a bit of attention due to the high amount of gold you were able to win. Congrats to the winners!
• Ninogan’s 2vs2 Tournament also took place this weekend. See the original postfor information about the results or check the highlight video on youtube directly.
• S0L is looking for players on NA-1, interested in roleplaying. For more information check his post here.

.:: The battle for Agon ::.
The politics on both EU-1 and NA-1 might be influenced by the fact that several long-time clans are either upping up their member count or are back and kicking in the game.

• EU-1
  On EU-1, there haven’t been any notable sieges, but PvP is stronger than ever, with all the big and smaller forces exchanging city raids all day long. In other news, Bewahrer der Welten have accomplished a scoop on the Sea Fortresses, with both Hellstorm Waters and Burning Glory under their command.
• NA-1
  The North-American Server on the other hand is in the middle of large political changes, but that doesn’t prevent frantic PvP action, such as the large groups that fought each other in Dagnamyr a couple of days ago, resulting in many bags changing hands.
