It’s hard to keep up with updates and interesting happenings in game and around the forums. But fret not, the community liaisons are here to help.

We will recap on a regular basis to make sure you don’t miss any important information.
Additionally we will pick a few examples of the many interesting reads around the forums. (If you think a specific thread or event is worth mentioning contact any of the liaisons. Keep in mind though that we are looking at suggestions directly on the forums, there is no need to send links about them to make a stronger point.)

.:: Official News ::.

• The past month the team was not only working on the upcoming expansion but also on ISP issues and hardware and performance improvements. During this time there were several updates keeping the community informed. On August 30th Tasos informed the EU community on the issues with EU-1 and followed up on the 31st of August with an additional post. On the 1st of September followed another update post by Tasos. He also addresses the delay caused by the service partners for the EU Servers and talks about the performance issues on NA-1 on the 2nd of September. The news post on the 3rd of Septemberconfirmed the fix for EU-1 and announced that 6 days of game time will be credited to the accounts as compensation for the inconvenience.
• The official update on the 10th of September did not only recap the happenings on both servers and touched on the fact that performance is being improved and worked on constantly, Tasos also went into more details about the delay on the upcoming expansion.
• The “I love Darkfall” Contest has been come to an end as well and the lucky winners of 5000USD have been chosen. Keep an eye on the spotlight thread. We will talk about additional entries in the upcoming weeks.
• The new Treasure Hunter feature for the upcoming Expansion has been revealed in the spotlight section.

• Erruk has been writing down his adventures in Agon for a while now. You can follow him on his blog.
• Massively picked up on the official news post and the latest spotlight. Check out the comments here.

.:: Official Events ::.

• The new expansion will bring several official Events. Sharpen your sword and be ready! With that being mentioned, the Acolytes have been expanding their library with some more obscure Agon lore. Observations on the Pall and An Accounting of the Usurper Wars are ready for your history types to enjoy.

.:: Player created Events ::.

• Orolt didn’t disappoint the EU-1 Community and hosted a player created Battle Looting Event.

.:: The battle for Agon ::.
The politics on both EU-1 and NA-1 might be influenced by the fact that several long-time clans are either upping up their member count or are back and kicking in the game.

• EU-1
  Drama galore ensued when a planned trade between Greece and Sun was interrupted. Business as usual it seems.
• NA-1
  Moradar has been under attack during the weekend along with other targets. It also seems that a lot of Drama has been caused around Erinthel.

We are interested in finding neutral players who would like to work with us on a weekly basis to update the community on general war happenings on both servers. • King Scuba of the NA server is offering the services of the Scuba GFX Studio to anyone who has a grand, inspiring idea for a piece of art or would like acustomized forum signature. Please keep in mind to not breach any copyright when it comes to use art from the internet.
• Aelius from EU has put together a couple of sweet looking Darkfall wallpapers. Several PC’s at our head office are already sporting these little beaut’s! If you so desire you can also download the official Darkfall Wallpapers.
• A lot of great videos have been posted the past few weeks. Check out ourofficial twitter to see just a few example we picked out of the many we liked.
